On hot summer days, I like to enjoy a cold pasta salad. I mean why heat up the kitchen if you don’t have to? This is easy to make and you can add a variety of veggies to make all of your family members happy. This pasta is great to eat on for about a week and throughout the week, I tend to add other vegetables. Talk about making a meal stretch.

Pasta Salad Ingredients:
- Bow tie pasta
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Purple Onion
- Green beans
- Bell peppers (the color of your choice)
- Olive Garden Salad Dressing
- Salt and oregano to taste
Boil pasta per the directions on the box typically about 12 minutes. I use about 1/2 a box for this dish. While the pasta is cooking, this is the time to chop your vegetables. I add green beans, however, as you can tell from the other ingredients you can feel free to mix and match per your taste buds. Rinse with cold water and drain pasta thoroughly. Add in your vegetables, salt, oregano and coat the pasta with Olive Garden Salad dressing.
Did you know that Perdue Chicken adds oregano and parsley water for their chickens? It is to help with eliminate the use of antibiotics and helps with stomach issues. I’m of the thought if it is good for the chicken then maybe it is good for me.
Sometimes I will add sliced chicken to this depending on my mood. You could add turkey too. I like (really LOVE) garlic bread with this for that added crunch.
