1.5 pounds stew meat
20 ounces of cream of mushroom soup
1 large yellow onion
wostershire, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together in the crock pot, put on low for 8-9 hours. This does not need any additional liquid. Right before serving add 4 oz of sour cream to the stroganoff.
You can use egg noodles or rice.
Mix in Scallions.
